How It Works

A Clear Process From Hand-Off to Payout

You bring a qualified deal. We take it the rest of the way — and keep you updated every week until your split is paid.

Step One — Before You Submit

Confirm Your Deal Qualifies

Every deal must meet all six requirements below. Our portal checks each one before you can continue — if any answer is “Not Yet,” it tells you exactly what to complete first.

Funds Have Been Confirmed

You have verified through the county clerk, trustee, or court records that surplus funds exist and are currently being held. You know the confirmed amount.

Skip Tracing Has Been Completed

You have made a genuine effort to locate the property owner or heirs using at least one paid or public skip trace method (TLO, LexisNexis, Whitepages Pro, public records, etc.).

Attorney Requirement Determined

You have confirmed whether this deal requires a licensed attorney (e.g. probate, competing liens, court petition) or can proceed without one.

Trustee / County Contact Information Obtained

You have the name, phone number, and address of the trustee, county clerk, or court administrator holding the surplus funds.

Fee Agreement Has Been Signed by the Claimant

The property owner or heir has signed your fee agreement. This is what gives us the authority to step in and take over the recovery on their behalf.

I Agree: The Check Comes to Claim Resolution Partners

Once we take over, Claim Resolution Partners becomes the claimant's main point of contact. The recovery check is directed to us, and we disburse all parties per the signed agreements.

Step Two — Submit

Hand Off Through the Intake Portal

The portal takes about five minutes and has three short sections:

You can also upload supporting documents. Everything is stored privately and is only visible to our team.

  Property Address Protected

Do not share the property address or county in the portal. Full deal details are shared only after our agreement with you is signed — your deal stays your deal until then.

Step Three — We Take Over

What Happens After You Submit

01

We Call You

Within 24 hours our team confirms the hand-off and, once our agreement is signed, collects the full deal details.

02

We Contact the Claimant

We reach out directly and become the claimant’s main point of contact for the rest of the recovery.

03

We Work the Full Recovery

Filing, negotiations, trustee and county coordination, and attorneys when the claim requires one.

04

Weekly Updates

You receive a progress update every week, so you always know where your deal stands.

Step Four — You Get Paid

How Disbursement Works

When the funds are released, the recovery check is directed to Claim Resolution Partners. We then disburse every party according to the signed agreements — including your split, which is paid within 5 business days of receipt.

Routing the check through one place keeps the distribution clean, documented and fair to everyone involved.
